摘要
选择自粉化效果最好的CaO(45%)-MgO(10%)-SiO_2(18%)-Fe_2O_3(27%)渣系,分别以B_2O_3、P_2O_5、V_2O_5作为稳定剂,研究不同稳定剂以及不同加入量对钢渣自粉化的影响。结果表明,B_2O_3、P_2O_5、V_2O_5这三种稳定剂能抑制C_2S相的晶型转变,抑制钢渣的粉化,但对C_2S相的形成和析出并无太大的影响,B_2O_3、P_2O_5、V_2O_5对抑制钢渣自粉化的效果为B_2O_3>P_2O_5>V_2O_5。
The best CaO(45%)-MgO(10%)-SiO2(18%)-Fe2O3(27%) slag system was selected with B2O3,V2O5,P2O5 as the stabilizers respectively.The effects of different stabilizers and different adding amounts on the self-powdering of steel slag were studied.The research results show that the reason for B2O3,P2O5 and V2O5to inhibit the self powdering of steel slag is that they restrain C2S phase transformation,but don't influence C2S precipitation.The sequence of inhibition effect is: B2O3〉P2O5〉V2O5.
