积极倡导微侵袭颅底外科治疗 被引量:2

摘要 1.传统入路的缺陷:传统的、经典的、临床上广泛应用的颅底多种手术入路,如眶颧入路、乙状窦前入路、扩大前颅底入路、幕上下联合入路、扩大中颅底入路、枕下远外侧入路等,尽管暴露很好,但存在创伤大、无效脑暴露过多、神经损伤发生率高、并发症多等缺陷,而且颅底结构的变异(如Labbe静脉等)也增加了手术风险,有时甚至需要牺牲某些正常的解剖和功能。因此,颅底外科医师不断探索与改良低侵袭的颅底入路。
