高学历群体的二孩生育意愿及影响因素分析——以南京高校教师为例

Analysis of the Second Child Fertility Will and Influencing Factors of High Education Group——Based on the Survey of 600 Faculty Members in Nanjing

为了解"全面二孩"政策实施后的效果和影响,本研究选取高学历群体为研究对象,以南京高校教师为高学历群体的代表,探究影响其二孩生育意愿的相关因素。研究结果显示:43%的高校教师愿意生育二孩;影响高校教师二孩生育意愿的因素包括:性别、年龄、婚姻状况、家庭情况和事业发展状况;学历与二孩生育意愿未见明显相关关系。在上述研究结论的基础上,提出完善社会保障、生育保险等政策建议,为政府完善相关生育政策提供理论依据。

In order to understand the effect and influence of the comprehensive two children policy. The team selected Nanjing faculty professional as the representative of the highly educated group to explore the related factors which impact faculties plan of bearing a second child. The results shows that 43% of the teachers would like to have two children; the factors which influence fertility intention of faculty under the universal two-child policy include： gender, age, marital status, family status and career development; education background have no obvious correlation between the fertility intention of faculty. Based on the research conclusion, the authors put forward recommendations, including improving the social security, insuring maternity insurance and so on. The paper provides a theoretical basis for the government to develop subsequent related fertility policy.
