安徽省商贸流通业区域竞争力评价——基于16个地市层面的分析

Commercial and Trade Circulation Industry in Anhui Province Regional Competitiveness Evaluation——Based on the Analysis of the 16 Cities Level

在电子商务火速发展的大背景下,安徽商贸流通业面临战略机遇期,对安徽商贸流通业竞争力的评价就显得尤为重要。本文构建了安徽省商贸流通业发展能力评价指标体系,利用安徽省16个城市2014年数据,通过熵值法得出了各地的综合分值与排名以及各项指标的分值与排名。发现南北各地市存在商贸流通发展不均衡的问题。另外以合肥为典型的一些综合得分较高的城市其流通效率都不高。最后针对不同地市的问题给出了相关政策建议。

Under the background of the urgent development in electronic commerce, Anhui commerce faces a period of strategic opportunities. So the Anhui commercial and trade circulation industry competitiveness evaluation is particularly important. This paper builds an evaluation index system of commerce circulating competitiveness of Anhui province. Using the data from the 16 cities in Anhui province in 2014, the paper obtained the comprehensive score and ranking of each index by the entropy value method. The paper found both north and south city have the problem of unbalanced business trade circulation development. In addition to Hefei, its circulation efficiency is not high for some typical cities with higher composite scores. Finally the paper aims at the problem of different cities of relevant policy and some suggestions are given.
