基于空间关系的产业新城产城融合模式形成与选择——以杭州为例

Formation and Choice of the Integration Pattern of Industry and City of the Industrial-New City based on Spatial Relation——Taking Hangzhou as an Example

当前全国各地产业新城和新城新区数量众多,但产城分离现象普遍,其中不少产业新城成了"鬼城"、"空城"、"睡城"。究其原因当前产业新城的城市功能不健全,且与产业需求不匹配,城市的基础设施、公共服务和配套建设滞后,不能满足职住人口的生活需求,产业新城的产业结构与城市生态宜居的发展要求不契合。分析案例总结发现产业新城与主城区不同空间区位关系下,产业新城定位不同,会形成不同的产业新城建设模式,进而决定不同的产城融合模式。因此,产城融合途径不可千篇一律,认清园区与主城的空间关系、针对性的完善配套,拓展功能,融合布局。

At present,there are numerous industrical-new cities and new zones all over the country,but the separation of industry and city is widespread,in which many industrial-new cities become ＂ghost city＂,＂empty city＂ and ＂sleeping city ＂.There are the reasons： urban functioins of the industrial-new cities are imperfect and can＇t match the demand of industry;infrastructure,social services and suporting construction of the cities are lagging and can＇t meet the living needs of people who live there for jobs;the industrial structure of the industrial-new cities doesn＇t match the requirements of urban ecological and livable development.Through analyzing and concluding the cases,we found that different orientation of industrial-new city would form different construction pattern and then determine different integtation pattem under different spatial and region relations between main urban areas and industrial-new cities.Therefore,the ways of integration of industry and can＇t be all in the same key.We should get a dear understanding of the spatial relations between the industrial-new city and the main urban area and pointedly perfect supporting facilityes to extend function and integtate the configurations.
