中国环境规制对产业结构调整的影响研究

A Research on Environmental Regulation Affecting Industrial Structure Adjustment in China

本文对正式和非正式环境规制进行区分,使用综合评价法对2005-2014年中国30个省市区的环境规制强度测算,同时运用面板回归模型实证验证基于中介变量的环境规制对产业结构调整的倒逼机制。结果显示,2005年以来中国正式和非正式环境规制强度总体上均呈增加趋势,但存在空间差异性。正式环境规制通过企业进入、技术创新、出口贸易三个中介变量对产业结构调整产生正向促进作用;非正式环境规制通过企业进入、技术创新、消费结构、投资结构以及出口贸易五个中介变量正向影响产业结构调整。

On the basis of the distinction between formal and informal environmental the comprehensive evaluation method to measure the intensity of environmental regulati regulation, this paper uses ons. Specifically, through using the data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 - 2014, this paper constructs the panel models to test the influence of environmental regulation on industrial structure adjustment. Results show that since 2005 China＇ s formal and informal environmental regulation intensity in general are increased, but there is difference in space.
