近20年中国体育法研究前沿动态可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Sports Law Research Hotspots During Past Two Decades in China

为了深入揭示国内体育法研究发展状况,运用CitespaceⅢ文献计量可视化分析软件以CSSCI数据库收集近20年(1998-2016年)体育法相关的433篇文献为数据源,对其数据进行实时回顾,以便梳理出我国体育法所研究的外部特征和内部特征,意在为我国体育法研究提供新的角度和方向。发现:近20年来我国体育法研究的规模起步较晚、发展较快;我国体育法的科研数量持续上升,体育法的发文量与社会经济紧密相连;其热点研究领域大致涉及法学、体育学、法理学和社会学等领域;高产机构主要来源于体育院校和综合性法学院,高产机构间集聚性相对不够;高产作者呈"一枝独秀,百花齐放"之势,学科渗透分化较为明显。同时,在国内形势和国外形势的双重作用下,研究方向朝着多元化、国际化和技术化方向延伸。研究焦点主要以"体育法"为中心来展开,偏向于国内体育法的完善和国际体育法的借鉴。体育法未来的发展不单有丰富的知识框架和牢固的知识储备,而且还应有革新的魄力和理想。

In order to further reveal the development of sports researches in China, the paper analyzed 433 papers related to sports law in the past 20 years （1998-2016） collected from the CSSCI database by using the metrological visualization soft- ware of eitespaceⅢ. It intended to provide a new research perspective by reviewing the data in real time and sorting out the external and internal characteristics of sports study. It was shown that firstly, sports law researches in China started late but grew fast. Secondly, the research hotspot of sports law was related to sports law, sports study, jurisprudence, sociology etc. Thirdly, sports law research was mainly carried out by universities of sports and law schools of colleges and universities. There were only a few of prolific authors. Researches were centered round pluralistic, international and tech- nological aspects with ＂sports law＂ as the focus in drawing experiences from the international sports law and improve the Chinese sports law. Rich knowledge and innovative ideas were needed to do the future researches.
