香港学生核心素养的培养路径及其启示

The Means of Developing Core Competence of Hong Kong Students and it's Enlightenment

培养学生具有作为未来社会的国家公民所应具备的能力、品格等素养,为其进一步升学和进入社会做好准备,是全球在基础教育阶段人才培养目标中所共同反映的一个基本理念。2000年,香港开始进行课程改革,提出了培养学生共通能力以及价值观和态度的要求。共通能力以及价值观和态度与内地所倡导的学生发展核心素养虽然是不同的描述,却是共同的诉求。对香港学生核心素养的培养路径进行探究分析,能够为内地学生发展核心素养的培养提供借鉴。

It is a basic concept commonly reflected in the cultivation purpose of basic education stage in the whole world to culti- vate students as national citizens with necessary competencies such as essential abilities and characters, aiming to prepare them for their further study and future life. In 2000, when Hong Kong was starting to conduct curriculum reform, the demand of cultivating stu- dents＇ generic skills, values and attitude was raised. It has the same appeal as the developmental core competencies of mainland Chi- na do, but in different description. Analyzing means of developing core eompetencies in Hong Kong could help improve students ＇ de- velopmental core eompetencies of China's Mainland.
