近年来,随着我国城镇化的不断加快,城市"退二进三"发展战略逐步推进,城市开发区的功能转型与产业更新等问题亟待解决.本文以长春市朝阳开发区为例,主要探讨了本区域的空间布局及功能转型问题,阐述了建设区块的自身亮点以及规划实施步骤,提出了有关此类区域开发与改造的建议.

In recent years, with the accelerating of urbanization, the development of the city ＂half astern into three＂ strategy has gradually, the function transformation and the industry renewal of the city development zone is argent to be solved. Chaoyang development zone in Changchun city as an example, mainly discusses the transition of the space layout and function of this area, expounds the areas＇ own lighting and planning implementation steps, puts forward some suggestions about this kind of regional development and reformation.
