摘要
本文在对工会组织依法维权的基础上,系统分析了工会组织依法维权的现状及其存在的突出问题,并对问题提出对策建议,以期对我国今后工会组织依法维权研究提供参考.
Based on the investigating of legal rights guarding cases held by labor union under the law, this thesis sys- tematically analyzes current situations and the existed protruding problems for labor union to guard rights, and pro- poses relative solutions. It expects to provide some references for the future researches on the safeguarding of the le- gitimate rights and interests of worker masses under the labor union organization.
