摘要
近年来,随着国家对中医药行业的重视以及人们养生观念的增强,中医门诊的患者数量越来越高,人们对中医门诊各项服务的要求也越来越高。为了提高基层中医门诊的综合服务质量和患者满意度,该文结合基层中医院的现状与文献资料,对能够影响患者满意度的多种因素进行系统性的分析,并提出具有针对性的措施:提高中医师的专业素养,完善中医门诊的服务流程,规范中医门诊的各种制度,以改善中医门诊的服务质量,提高患者的满意度。
With increasing the importance of the Chinese medicine industry and the concept of people' s health, the number of patients with Chinese medicine is higher and higher, people' s demand for the services of Chinese medicine clinic is higher and higher in recent years.Therefore,to improve the patients' satisfaction and service quality in TCM clinics in primary hospital, this paper carried out systematic analysis on various factors which affected the satisfaction of patients in the Chinese medicine clinic and the summary with the status and literature, and then proposed the measures for improving professional accomplishment, service process and rules according to these factors. It can ensure the accurate implementation, improve the service quality, increase patient satisfaction, and prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
