分析乙肝肝硬化Child-Pugh分级对肾小球滤过率的影响

To analyze the effect of different Child-Pugh levels on glomerular filtration rate in patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis

目的:分析乙肝肝硬化不同Child-Pugh分级对肾小球滤过率的影响。方法:回顾性收集安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院感染科100例乙肝肝硬化患者资料。收集患者相关血清学指标(直接胆红素,白蛋白,凝血酶原时间)。同时计算该100例患者肾小球滤过率(GFR)资料进行统计,分析乙肝肝硬化Child-Pugh分级对肾小球滤过率(GFR)的影响。结果:随着不同组的肝功能指标损害加重,直接胆红素、凝血酶原时间指标均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白蛋白计数均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾小球滤过率(GFR)计数下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Child-Pugh分级可以较好的反映出肝硬化晚期肾脏受损程度,这对于在肝硬化早期及预防晚期肝肾综合征等并发症有较重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of different Child-Pugh levels on glomerular filtration rate in patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis.Methods：I collected 100 medical records of Patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis in Department of Infections Disease of Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Medical University Of Anhui.And I collected the related serology indicators of these patients which include DBIL, ALB and prothrombin time（PT）. Meanwhile, The glomerular filtration rate （GFR） of data of 100 patients were calculated to analysis the effects of different Child-Pugh levels.Results：With the aggravation of liver function,each indicator（DBIL and prothrombin time） rises from the original one（P〈 0.05）. And the indicators of ALB and GFR fall（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Child- Pugh levels can greatly reflect the level of renal damage,which has a important meaning to prevent the HRS in clinical works.
