姑息护理对晚期血液肿瘤患者生存质量的影响

The Effect of palliative care on quality of life of patients with advanced blood tumor

目的:分析对晚期血液肿瘤患者实施姑息护理的效果及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:将80例晚期血液肿瘤患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为护理组、对照组各40例,护理组采用姑息护理,对照组采用常规护理。在护理前及护理3个月后采用SAS评分、SDS评分评定患者的抑郁、焦虑程度,护理干预后采用NHP-QOL评分评估患者的生存质量,观察两种护理方式对患者生存质量的影响情况。结果:护理组患者护理干预后的SAS评分、NHPQOL各项指标评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,各组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期血液肿瘤患者实施姑息护理符合患者的实际需要,提升了患者的生存质量,减轻患者的痛苦,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze the nursing effect of palliative care on patients with advanced hematologic malignancies and affects the quality of life of patients.Methods：80 cases of advanced cancer patients with blood cancer were selected and randomly divided into nursing group and control group of the 40 cases, nursing group received palliative care, the control group received routine nursing care. The SAS score before nursing and nursing after three months, the SDS scores of patients with depression, anxiety, after nursing intervention by NHP-QOL score assessment of the natient＇s quality of life, influence on the life quality of the patients of the two methods was observed.than the control group, and there were statistically significant differences in each group of data comparison （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion：the implementation of palliative care for patients in line with the actual needs of patients advanced blood tumor can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the pain of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
