早期活动对老年术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of early activity on the Formation of Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in elderly patients

目的:探讨早期活动对老年围手术期患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:将医院外科系统70例老年围手术期患者随机分为对照组35例,观察组35例。对照组给予手术前后的常规护理,观察组实施针对下肢深静脉血栓形成的诱发因素给予早期活动,观察两组下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果:观察组术后发生下肢深静脉血栓1例,对照组发生6例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用早期活动能有效预防老年围手术期患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生,是一种行之有效的护理方法。

Objective：To explore early activity in elderly patients with pen operative pahents prevention effect of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.Methods：in our hospital surgical system in 70 old patients with peri operative patients were randomly divided into control group （35 cases）, observation group （35 cases）. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing before and after operation,the observation group implementation for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation of predisposing factors to give early activity, observe two groups of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. 1 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity occurred.Results：in the observation group,6 cases occurred in the control group, were compared between the two groups, the difference is statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：early application activities can effectively To prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb in perioperative period of elderly patients is an effective nursing method.
