食管癌患者围手术期护理管理中的价值评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对食管癌患者围手术期护理管理方法进行评定和价值分析。方法:选取食管癌手术患者73例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者33例,采取常规护理管理,观察组患者40例,实施综合护理干预,分析两组患者的住院时长、医疗费用、并发症发生率和护理满意程度。结果:观察组患者住院时长和医疗费用小于对照组,护理满意程度显著优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在食管癌患者护理管理中的应用,能够有效缩短患者的恢复周期,节约医疗费用,减轻患者家属负担,提高了护理满意程度,保证了护理效率和护理质量。 Objective:to assess the value of perioperative nursing and management methods of peri esophageal cancer patients.Methods:73 patients with esophageal cancer were divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in the control group receiving routine nursing management, the observation group with 40 cases of patients with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention. Length of hospital stay, medical expenses, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:by comparison, hospitalization time and medical costs of patients in the observation group are far less than that of the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group, and there was statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ) .Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing management of patients with esophageal carcinoma can effectively shorten the recovery period, reduce costs, alleviate the burden of the families of patients,improve nursing satisfaction, ensure nursing efficiency and quality of care.
