中西医结合和优质护理对防治心肌梗死的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treatment of myocardial infarction

目的:探讨分析心肌梗死治疗中采取中西医结合的临床和护理疗效。方法:回顾性分析62例心肌梗死患者临床资料,患者均采取中西医结合治疗和优质护理,包括饮食、心理、用药等方面,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效、健康知晓率和治疗依从性等情况。结果:经过治疗后,患者临床总有效率(95.2%)、健康知晓率(78.7%)和治疗依从性(100.0%)均明显改善。结论:中西医结合和优质护理在防治心肌梗死方法中临床疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy with high quality nursing in treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 62 cases of myocardial infarction patients, the patients were to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and high-quality nursing,including diet,psychology,medicine,etc.,to observe the patients of clinical curative effect after treatment, health awareness and treatment compliance, and so on.Results：After treatment,the clinical total effective rate （95.2%）,health awareness （78.7%）, and treatment compliance （100.0%） were significantly improved.Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and western medicine and high quality nursing methods in the prevention and treatment of myocardial infarction in clinical curative effect is distinct, safe and reliable,worthy of popularization and application.
