老年髋关节骨折术后的护理研究

Study of nursing care with hip fracture in elderly patients

目的:探讨老年髋关节骨折术后的康复护理要点。方法:64例老年髋关节骨折患者折行髋关节或股骨头置换术为研究对象,随机将患者分成对照组(32例)与观察组(32例),对照组予普通护理,观察组术后在普通护理基础上进行康复综合护理,评估两组老年髋关节骨折患者术后的恢复情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组髋关节局部疼痛、髋关节功能恢复等情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用康复综合护理可以促进老年髋关节骨折术后患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the nurse care points of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery.Methods：64 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into control group （32 cases） and observation group （32 cases）, control group applied conventional nursing,observation group applied rehabilitation nursing, recovery of hip fracture of the two groups patients was compared.Results：The recovery of hip joint and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：In the elderly patients with hip fracture, the application of comprehensive nursing care after operation can promote the recovery of the hip joint function as soon as possible, which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
