全面护理干预对COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with COPD pulmonary function and the influence of the quality of life

目的:探讨全面护理干预对COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取COPD患者共150例,随机分为对照组(75例)和试验组(75例),分别给予常规护理干预和全面护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后肺功能指标水平和SGRQ评分。结果:试验组患者干预后肺功能指标均显著优于对照组和干预前;试验组患者干预后SGRQ评分显著低于对照组和干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理干预用于COPD患者可有效提高肺部通气功能,改善日常生活质量。

Objective：To study the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with COPD pulmonary function and quality of life.Methods：the research object were a total of 150 patients with COPD, by the method of randomized block is divided into the control group （75 cases） and experimental group （75 cases）, were given routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with lung function index level and SGRQ scores before and after the intervention.Results：the experimental group after intervention in patients with lung function index were significantly better than the control group, before the intervention, difference was statistically significant;Trial group patients after intervention SGRQ scores significantly lower than control group, intervention, difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with COPD can improve the pulmonary ventilation function, improve the quality of daily life.
