强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中瘦素的表达及相关性分析

Expression and relevance of leptin in peripheral blood of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血中瘦素(leptin)的表达水平及其与疾病活动的关系。方法:选取AS患者活动组28例、稳定组26例和健康对照组32例为研究对象,采用ELISA检测外周血中瘦素(leptin)、TNF-α、IL-23和IL-17的含量,并分析leptin与AS疾病活动度之间的相关性。结果:AS活动组和稳定组患者外周血的瘦素含量均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);AS患者外周血中TNF-α、IL-23和IL-17的含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);AS患者外周血中leptin的含量与BASDI、IL-23和IL-17表达水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Leptin可能可以作为AS病理检测中的重要免疫标志物。

Objective：To study the expression and correlation of leptin in peripheral blood of patients with ankylosing spodylitis（AS）.Methods：28 patients with AS as active group, 26 patients with AS as stable group and 32 healthy vohmteers as control group were enrolled in the study.The levels of leptin, TNF- α ,IL-23 and IL-17 were detected by ELISA. The correlation of leptin with Bath AS disease activity idex（BASDAI） were analyzed.Results：The levels of leptin in peripheral blood of AS patients in activity group and stable group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group（P〈 0.01）.The levels of TNF- α ,IL-23 and IL-17 in AS patients were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈 0.01）.The levels of leptin were positively correlated with BASDI,IL-23,IL-17 in AS patients（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The levels of leptin may be used as an important immune marker in detection of AS pathology.
