摘要
职业认同感是个体对所从事职业的主观认知,但受外部环境的影响。该文从辅导员、高校管理者、学生及其家长四个维度进行医学院校辅导员的职业认同感实证调查。调查结果显示:江苏省某医学院校辅导员职业认同感整体不高,与辅导员自身、高校管理者、学生及学生家长对辅导员职业认同情况有关。
Professional self-identity is that individuals hold subjective cognition on their occupations; however, this cognition is easily affected by external environment. This article carries out an empirical investigation from four dimensions of counselors, college managers, students and parents. According to the survey, the college counselors, who are working in a certain Medical College in Jiangsu, have lower sense of professional self-identity, and this situation is related to approvals of four dimensions (counselors themselves,college managers, students and parents) on college counselors' professional self-identity.
