壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合龙血竭胶囊治疗宫颈疾病

The chitosan cervical antibacterial film joint Longxuejie capsule in the treatment of cervical disease

目的:观察壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合龙血竭胶囊治疗宫颈疾病的疗效。方法:选择780例符合的研究对象分为三组,分别采用单纯压迫止血法、宫颈上云南白药胶囊止血法、宫颈上壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合龙血竭胶囊止血法治疗持续高危型HPV感染或经局部物理治疗及LEEP刀术后的病人。观察记录每组阴道流液、阴道出血、创面感染、创面愈合时间等情况以及高危型HPV病毒检测结果。结果:三组临床效果、术后阴道流血、阴道流液及愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合龙血竭胶囊治疗宫颈疾病疗效好,副作用小,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of chitosan cervical antibacterial film joint Longxuejie capsule in the treatment of cervical disease.Methods：choose 780 patients ranging old married women of childbearing age in non pregnant, triehomonad, mould, gonorrhea, myeoplasma and Chlamydia infection, and cervical cancer, blood coagulation dysfunction disease were excluded. All subjects were divided into three groups, detailed observation and record of each group of treatment （postoperative） vaginal fluid, vaginal bleeding, wound infection, wound healing time and the high risk of HPV virus detection results.Results：the clinical effect of the three groups, the vaginal bleeding, vaginal fluid and healing time were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.
