关于中医除湿解毒法在妇科疾病中的应用探讨

About TCM dehumidification detoxification method application in gynecologic diseases

目的:关于中医除湿解毒法在妇科疾病中的应用探讨。方法:选取72例妇科患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组的患者采用常规抗生素类西药治疗,对观察组的患者采用中医除湿解毒法进行治疗。结果:对照组的36例患者中痊愈的有20例,显效的有3例,有效的有2例,无效的有11例,有效率为69.4%;观察组的36例患者中,痊愈的有30例,显效的有3例,有效的有1例,无效的有2例,痊愈率为94.4%。观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医除湿解毒法在妇科疾病中治疗效果良好,能够从根本上治疗女性的妇科疾病,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：about TCM dehumidification detoxification method application in gynecologic diseases. Methods：Select 72 gynecological patients as the research object, is divided into two groups at random,the patients in the control group using conventional antibiotic treatment of western medicine, the observation group were treated by dehumidification detoxification method for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Results：36 patients healed in the control group of 20, the three were markedly effective, effective with 2, invalid 11, the effective rate was 69.4%; Observation group of 36 patients, recovery of 30, the three were markedly effective, effective one, invalid have 2, the recovery rate was 94.4%. The treatment effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：adopting dehumidifying detoxification method in the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine disease treatment effect is good, can fundamentally in the treatment of female gynecological diseases, worthy of clinical use.
