低血糖引起中枢神经系统损害缺乏特征性,尤其是引起基底动脉尖综合征更为少见,该文报道1例低血糖引起基底动脉尖综合征的病例,旨在警惕低血糖后不可逆性脑损害的发生,避免临床误诊。

The central nervous system damage caused by hypoglycemia lack of specificity,especially top of the basilar syndrome caused by hypoglycemia is rarely.We report one case with clinical manifestation of top of the basilar syndrome caused by hypoglycemia, and we should pay attention to the irreversibly brain damage caused by hypoglycemia to avoid misdiagnosis.
