摘要
工作室创业教育模式是保证高校创业教育有效性的重要途径,具有实现创业教育与专业教育紧密结合、营造创业教育生态系统,推动创新创业人才培养再组织化等优势。该模式通过确立创业教育分类培养目标,以创业技能训练为核心,突出培养内容"模块化"与培养成果可评价,有效创造了创业教育链,提升了高校创业教育的效果。改进高校工作室创业教育,要开发配套课程,树立典型进行推广,以项目带动创业教育可持续发展,并通过加强创业教育与专业教育结合研究,改进创业教育评价,形成良好的创业教育生态。
The model of entrepreneurial education studio is an effective way to ensure the effectiveness of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities. It has some advantages, such as realizing the close combination of entrepreneurship education and professional education, building the ecosystem of entrepreneurial education and promoting the reorganization of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation, and so on. The model has established the entrepreneurship education chain and improved the effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities through classifying the training objectives of entrepreneurial education, setting entrepreneurial skills training as the core, highlighting the modular training content and making the training results be evaluated. To improve entrepreneurial education studio, we should develop matched courses, establish typical case to promote the sustainable development of entrepreneurial education by the project, improve the evaluation and form virtuous entrepreneurial education ecology by further research.
