民、汉大学新生参与课余体育锻炼现状调查与分析——以楚雄师范学院为例

Current situation and analysis of minority and han nationality freshmen participating in extracurricular physical training——taking Chuxiong Normal University as an example

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法以及比较研究法等,对不同民族大学新生参与课余体育锻炼的现状进行研究。结果表明:民、汉男大学新生在课余体育锻炼的态度和平均每天参与课余体育锻炼的时间上存在显著性差异,民、汉女大学新生在所有指标方面都不存在显著性差异;强身健体、缓解压力和对于项目的热爱是大学新生参与课余体育锻炼的主要动机;在锻炼项目的选择上呈多元分布,但又相对集中,也有一定的性别差异;男新生在参与课余体育锻炼的总时间和次数上要多于女新生;制约大学新生参与课余体育锻炼的主要因素是体育场地设施缺乏或不开放、缺少锻炼的同伴、学业繁重,没有时间和没有喜欢的项目或不会。

By using the methods of documents, questionnaires, mathematical statistics logical analysis andcomparative research, this paper studies the status quo of different nationalities freshmen participating inextracurricular physical training. The result shows that： there has significant differences of the attitudes andexercise time between minority and ban nationality male freshmen participating in extracurricular physicaltraining, and there is no significant difference between the minority and Han female students in all the indicators.Keeping fit, relieving stress and the love of project are the main motivations for college freshmen to participate inafter-school physical exercise, the choice of exercise items shows a variety of distribution, but comparativelyconcentration, also has some gender differences; the duration and times of male freshmen in the extracurricularphysical exercise are more than the female; the main factors that restrict freshmen participating in extracurricularphysical exercise are lack of gymnasium facilities, lack of exercise companions, having heavy school, no time andno favorite items.
