摘要 文章设计了一款工作频率为1~3 GHz的射频宽带Wilkinson功分器。该功分器采用3枝节阻抗变换器级连的方式来扩展带宽,利用ADS软件进行设计、仿真、优化,实现了在1~3 GHz的频带内,S21(S31)近似为-3 dB,输入输出反射系数小于-18 dB,隔离度小于-20 dB。 In this paper,a RF broadband Wilkinson power divider with operating frequency of 1-3 GHz is designed.The power divider adopts 3 sides impedance converter cascaded to expand the bandwidth and uses ADS software to design,simulate and optimize,which realizes that in the 1-3 GHz bandwidth,S21(S31) approximation is-3 dB,the input and output reflection coefficient is less than -18 dB,and isolation is less than -20 dB.
