随着人们对通信的要求越来越高,各种新技术在通讯设计过程中的应用也越来越广泛。短波通信系统的设备繁多,操作比较复杂,而且升级成本高。随着通信行业的不断发展,未来其发展趋势是集通信、导航一体化。对此,文章提出了在软件无线电基础上进行短波通信系统的优化设计,主要包括硬件平台设计和软件系统设计两个方面。

With higher and higher requirements for communication,new technologies in communication in the design process is used more and more widely.The short wave communication system equipment is of various kinds and its operation is complicated and high cost of upgrading is high.With the continuous development of the communications industry,its future development trend is the integration of communications and navigation.In this regard,the paper puts forward the optimum design of shortwave communication system based on software radio,including the two aspects ：hardware platform design and software system design.
