摘要
物业专项维修资金管理工作业务量逐渐增大,手工作业已难以满足日常管理工作的要求。文章通过设计城市物业专项维修资金管理系统实现城市物业专项维修资金管理,包括房屋基础数据管理、资金交存管理、资金使用管理等主要业务。系统采用B/S架构设计Java作为系统开发的工具语言,基于Spring MVC框架进行设计开发,数据库为Oracle 11g Database。系统投入使用后,提升了物业专项维修资金管理工作的工作效率、规范化程度、透明化程度、信息化水平和总体管理水平。
That property special maintenance fund management business volume has increased gradually, manual work has been difficult to meet the requirements of daily management. Through the design of special maintenance fund management system of urban property, this paper realizes the special maintenance fund management, including basic data management of housing fund, deposit management, funds management and other main businesses. The system architecture uses B/S Java as the system development tool, based on Spring MVC framework based to design and develop, its database is Oracle 11g Database. After the system was put into use, the work efficiency of the special maintenance fund management of the property is improved, and the degree of standardization, transparency, information level and the overall management level are improved, too.
