消风散治疗湿疹疗效评价的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy on Eczema by Xiaofeng Powder(消风散)

目的:评价消风散治疗湿疹的临床有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、Pub Med、The Cochrane Li brary、Medline、EMbase。收集已发表的关于消风散治疗湿疹的临床随机对照试验及半随机对照实验。按纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取数据,评价纳入研究的方法学质量后采用Rev Man5.3对符合条件的研究进行Meta分析。结果:纳入11个研究,共893例患者,其中治疗组470例,对照组423例,纳入研究方法学质量均较低。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,消风散在治疗湿疹总有效率、皮损形态评分改善、瘙痒评分改善以及皮损面积减小方面均优于对照组(P<0.0.5)。结论:消风散口服治疗湿疹较西药常规治疗有一定优势,但缺乏高质量试验进一步验证与支持。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of eczema. Methods： Such databases as CBM, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Medline and EMbase are electronically searched to collect the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） and semi-randomized controlled trials on the treatment of Xiaofeng powder to eczema. According to the inclusion and exclusion crite- ria, literature was screened, data were extracted, and the methodological quality of included studies was also assessed. Then, meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software. Results： There were 11 articles includ- ed, with a total of 893 patients, including 470 cases in the treatment group and 423 cases in the control group. The methodological quality of the included literatures was all lower. Meta analysis showed that, compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment of eczema, the improvement of skin lesion mor- phology score, pruritus score as well as skin lesion area were better than the control group. Conclusion： The o- ral treatment of eczema has certain advantages compared with traditional western medicine, but it is lack of further validation and support.
