摘要
综述了斑蝥素的化学成分、药理作用、抗肿瘤构效关系、毒性机制、新剂型及临床应用的研究近况,为人类更好地利用斑蝥素资源提供理论基础。认为斑蝥素具有很好的抗癌作用,但毒副作用较大,因此临床应用受到限制。
In this paper, the research situation of Cantharidin on chemical construction, pharmacological action, anti-tumor structure-activity relationship,toxicity mechanism, new dosage form and clinical application was summarized, in order to provide a theoretical basis for mankind to make better use of Cantharidin re- sources. Cantharidin has high anti-cancer effects. However, the clinical application is bruited because of its strong toxicity.
