胆舒胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effects of Danshu Capsule in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的观察胆舒胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者的疗效。方法选取90例NAFLD患者(进行胆舒胶囊治疗)纳入治疗组,同期90例NAFLD患者(进行维生素C治疗)纳入对照组。检测其治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月的体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、腰围、腰臀比、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、游离脂肪酸(FFAS)和空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平并行统计学分析。结果治疗组治疗6个月和治疗前比较,BMI、SBP、DBP、腰围、腰臀比、TBIL、TBA、ALT、AST、GGT、FBG、TG、TCH、FFAS和FINS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗6个月和对照组治疗6个月比较,BMI、SBP、腰围、TBIL、TBA、ALT、AST、GGT、FBG、TG、TCH、FFAS和FINS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆舒胶囊对NAFLD患者疗效显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,改善其肝功能,对拓展中医药在NAFLD治疗的新领域具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To observe the effect of Danshu Capsule in the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods Ninety patients with NAFLD treated by Danshu Capsule were included into the treatment group and contemporaneous 90 patients with NAFLD treated by Vitamin C were included into the control group.BMI,SBP,DBP,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio,TBIL,TBA,ALT,AST,GGT,FBG,TG,TCH,FFAS and FINS before treatment and at 3 months and 6 months of treatment were detected and the results were performed the statistical analysis.Results BMI,SBP,DBP,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio,TBIL,TBA,ALT,AST,GGT,FBG,TG,TCH,FFAS and FINS in the treatment group had statistical differences between before treatment and after 6-month treatment（P〈0.05）.BMI,SBP,waist circumference,TBIL,TBA,ALT,AST,GGT,FBG,TG,TCH,FFAS and FINS after 6-month treatment had statistical differences between the treatment group and control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danshu Capsule has significant effect in patients with NAFLD,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,improves the liver function and has a positive clinical significance in expanding the new field of NAFLD therapy.
