慢性肾衰竭患者血清铁蛋白水平与血脂代谢的相关性研究

Research on correlation between serum ferritin level and blood lipid metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平与血脂代谢的相关性。方法选取2014年4月至2016年2月该院收治的CRF患者34例纳入观察组,选择同期38例健康体检者纳入健康对照组,检测两组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清总蛋白、清蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白(a)、SF、同型半胱氨酸水平。结果观察组的SF、同型半胱氨酸、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、脂蛋白(a)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而总蛋白、清蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显比健康对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SF水平和三酰甘油呈正相关,与载脂蛋白AI呈负相关;健康对照组的SF水平与清蛋白呈正相关。结论 CRF患者SF与血脂代谢具有密切的关系。

Objective To study the correlation between serum ferritin（SF）level and blood lipid metabolism in the patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods Thirty-four cases of CRF in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group and contemporaneous 38 persons undergoing the healthy physical examination were included into the healthy control group.The levels of triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum total protein,albumin,apolipoprotein AI,apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein（a）,SF,and homocysteine（Hcy）were detected in the two groups.Results The levels of SF,Hcy,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;while the total protein,albumin,apolipoprotein AI and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level were obviously lower than those in the healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the SF level in the observation group was positively correlated with triacylglycerol,and negatively correlated with apolipoprotein AI;the SF level in the healthy control group was positively correlated with albumin.Conclusion SF in the patients with CRF is closely related with lipid metabolism.
