泡沫强钻技术成功处理德胜1井恶性漏失 被引量:2

摘要 德胜1井地层裂缝、孔隙发育,常规钻井液根本无法建立循环,堵漏难度大、效果差,用清水强钻又存在沉沙问题,引进泡沫钻井技术来解决漏失难题,但钻遇恶性漏失井段时仍然失返。针对此钻井复杂情况,优选出泡沫强钻技术,提出了泡沫强钻的关键技术。应用表明,泡沫强钻技术成功处理了恶性漏失难题,省去了因钻井液漏失、堵漏等作业产生的成本,也减少了处理复杂情况的时间,提高了钻井综合效益。 It is found that, during drilling Desheng 1 well,many fractures and pores are well developed resulting in the common-used drilling fluid unavailable to being recycled, and big difficulty and poor effect in lost-circulation control. Moreover, there is the problem of desilting during water drilling. So, a technology of foam drilling is presented. However, after using this technology, no return also appeared during drilling some intervals with severe mud loss. This technology was optimized again. Its application shows that the advanced technology of foam drilling can solve severe mud loss very successfully because of the cost saving in response to lead-off drilling fluid and lost-circulation control, the time shortening in solving complicated accidents, and finally increasing drilling efficiency.
