大数据时代天然气企业统计工作的挑战与应对

Challenges and Countermeasures of Natural Gas Enterprises in Statistical Work in the Age of Big Data

大数据环境对统计工作和统计数据提出了更高的要求,重视和加强统计工作并对传统统计模式进行必要改革有助于提高企业管理水平和决策的科学性。针对大数据对统计工作的新要求和天然气企业统计工作的特殊性,以及现行统计工作中存在的不足,就天然气企业统计管理和统计指标及报表与大数据时代的适应性,提出了相关改革意见和建议。研究认为,天然气企业的会计、统计和业务三大核算体系应建立大数据应用的统计标准,建立大数据资源共享的信息平台,提高统计人员综合素质,提升对大数据的分析能力。

The environment of big data puts higher requirements on statistical work and data statistics. Emphasizing and enhancing the statistical work and reform of traditional statistical mode are conducive to the improvement of enterprise management level and decision-making scientificity. Aiming at the new requirements of big data on statistical work and particularity of statistical work of natural gas enterprises, the deficiencies in current statistical work as well as the adaptability of statistical management, statistical indicators and statement of natural gas enterprises to the age of big data, the paper puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on reform. Study shows that the accounting system of natural gas enterprises covering accounting, statistics and business should establish statistical standards applicable to big data application,build an information platform sharing big data resources, improve the overall quality of statistical personnel and enhance the ability for big data analysis.
