摘要
目的探讨患者家属互述式健康教育联合情绪管理对输尿管镜钬激光碎石患者治疗结局的影响。方法将120例泌尿系结石行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组实施常规护理与常规健康教育;观察组在常规护理的基础上引入患者家属互述式健康教育联合情绪管理。结果术后观察组焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组,碎石治疗效果显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论患者家属互述式健康教育联合情绪管理,可有效减轻患者围术期焦虑抑郁情绪,提高碎石治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of emotion management and health education using patient and family member re- telling technique on clinical outcomes of holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with urinary calculi undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care and health education, while the observation group additionally received emotion management and health education using patient and family member retelling technique. Results The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower, whereas the therapeutic effect was significantly higher in the observation group compared with the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Emotion management combined with health education using patient and family member retell- ing technique, can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression and improve therapeutic effect in patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy.
