复方双花泡腾喷雾剂制备工艺的研究

Preparation of Compound Lonicera japonica Effervescent Spray

目的 对复方双花泡腾喷雾剂的制备工艺进行研究。方法 用对比试验法优选喷雾用泡腾片的处方及辅料配比 ,并考察制剂的成型性、引湿性及崩解性能 ;以绿原酸为指标成分 ,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中绿原酸的含量。结果 确定了复方双花泡腾喷雾剂的处方组成与制备工艺。结论 该制备工艺重现性好 ,适于规模化生产。

AIM The purpose is to study the preparative process of compound \%Lonicera japonica\% effervescent spray. METHODS Prescription ingredients of the effervescent spray were chosen by contrast tests; moulding, wetting capability and disintegrablity of the tablets were evaluated, and chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Formulation ingredients and preparative process of compound \%Lonicera japonica\% effervescent spray were decided. CONCLUSION This process will be suitable for the enlarged production with good reproduciblity and high content.
