“互联网+”背景下电子商务人才培养策略研究

近几年,我国电子商务发展迅速,据2017年1月,京东联合21世纪经济研究院发布《2016中国电商消费行为报告》显示,2016年我国电子商务交易市场规模稳居全球第一,电子商务交易额超过20万亿元,占社会消费品零售总额的比重超过10%。北京上海等一线城市电商消费已经超越发达国家,中西部地区和农村地区将是未来电子商务发展的重要阵地。在"互联网+"的大背景下,电子商务发展领域不断扩大、发展前景一片光明。目前各大高校基本上都开设了电子商务专业,但就业形势不容乐观,一些电子商务专业的毕业生很难找到合适的工作,最后只能选择,从事其他的行业。究其原因,是因为现有的人才培养方式存在问题,无法培养出企业真正需要的专业人才。本文针对当前社会对电子商务人才的培养要求进行的分析和阐述,并给出具体的人才培养策略。

Beijing and Shanghai and other first-tier cities, electricity consumption has gone beyond the developed countries, the central and western regions and rural areas will be an important position in the future development of e-business. In the ＂Internet ＋＂ background, the field of e-business development continues to expand, the development prospects of a bright future. At present, the major colleges and universities are basically set up e-business professional, but the employment situation is not optimistic, some e-business graduates are difficult to find the right job, the last can only choose to engage in other industries. The reason is because the existing mode of personnel training problems, can not cultivate the business really need professionals. This paper analyzes and expounds the requirements of the training of e-business talents in the current society, and gives the concrete talent cultivation strategy.
