摘要
针对中国福马连续平压机柔性进入端的的技术结构特征,如排气长度、入口开度、板坯夹持位置、框架间距及热压板开度、液压及压力系统模式、钢带工作夹角、柔性条件等,分析其与制板工艺因素,如板坯结构、预固化层厚度、表层密度峰值、板厚适应范围等之间的关系,为连续平压机的设计及使用提出理论依据。
The authors developed a flexible infeed for a China Foma continuous press used for wood-based panel manufacturing.The relationship between the structural characteristics and manufacturing technologies were analyzed for reference in designing a continuous press.Infeed structural characteristics included:discharge length, entry opening, holding position, frame distance, hot-platen opening, pressure system mode, working angle of double steel-belt and flexible conditions.Manufacturing technologies included:mat structure, pre-curing thickness, peak density and panel thickness.
