Research on the Smart Logistics Real Estate Based on Internet Plus

随着互联网经济的高速发展,物流地产行业面临新的机遇和挑战,物流地产企业只有顺应时代潮流,创新智能化运营模式,才能实现转型升级可持续发展。将互联网思维、信息技术、智能化融入物流地产是"互联网+物流地产"的本质,为物流地产研究提供一种新的研究视角。应用文献调查、SWOT分析等方法,介绍智能物流地产的概念、特征和运营模式,以合肥华南城为例研究智能物流地产的发展现状、存在问题及其对策建议,推进物流地产的深度智能化。

With the rapid development of interact economy, the traditional logistics real estate industry faces new challenges. Lo- gistics real estate enterprises can achieve the sustainable development only conform the trend of era and innovate the intelligent operation mode. Combining with internet thinking and information technology and smart, it provides a new researeh perspective to study logistics realestate. With literature investigation and SWOT analysis and so on, it provides the introduction of the concept, characteristics and operation mode of smart logistics real estate. Taking Hefei Huanancheng as example, it analyzes present situation and some problems of smart logistics real estate, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to smart logistics real estate development.
