摘要
通过对服务创新、物流服务创新和物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)等文献的研究,提出了基于物流服务供应链的TPL企业的服务创新模型。物流信息集成平台在物流企业服务创新的界面管理中具有重要作用;顾客在参与TPL企业服务创新中具有导向性的作用,分包商在物流企业服务创新中具有支持性的作用。
In order to study TPL service innovation model, presents a model of service innovation base on logistics service supply chain (LSSC). and analysis logistics service innovation. This study shows that the platform of logistics information is important to TPL service innovation interface management; customs participated is the leader of TPL service innovation, and logistics sub-packages is the supporters of TPL service innovation.
