我国跨境电商物流中的海外仓储建设研究

Study on the Construction of Overseas Storage of Cross-border Logistics in China

"一带一路"背景下,随着互联网、大数据的快速发展,国家与国家之间的跨境贸易不断走向成熟,跨境电商的发展如火如荼,带动了跨境物流的发展。海外仓储是跨境物流模式的一个重大创新,能够有效解决跨境物流发展相对滞后的问题。卖家将货物批量发送至国外仓库,客户线上下单后,海外仓直接本地发货,通过提供本土化增值服务,有效提升消费者O2O购物体验。文章从传统跨境电商物流方式的不足和政策驱动两个方面阐述了海外仓储兴起的原因,介绍了不同海外仓储模式的运作流程和特点,发掘海外仓储的优势。在研究过程中,同样发现了海外仓储建设与发展过程中存在的一些问题,并从不同角度分析其成因,提出对策建议。

The cross-border E-commerce has received great attention in China under the background of ＂One Belt One Road＂. Cross-border trade between countries and countries becomes more mature with the rapid development of internet, big data and the support of government policy documents. Overseas warehousing is a significant innovation of cross-border logistics mode, can effectively solve the problem of cross-border logistics development. Sellers send the goods to overseas warehouse. After customers online order, sellers can provide the local delivery service by overseas warehouse. Localization and value-added services provide consumers with wonderful O2O shopping experience. This article elaborated the reason for the rise of the overseas warehouse from the aspects of the national policy and shortage of the traditional cross-border electronic business logistics mode. This paper introduced the operation process and characteristics of different modes of o- verseas warehouse. This paper explored the advantage of overseas warehouse. The article found some problems existing in the construction and development of overseas warehouse during the process of research. This paper analyzed the causes and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on overseas storage construction, to promote the development and improvement of overseas storage construction.
