基于CBVE理念的船舶代理人才培养研究

能力本位教育是职业教育的最本质的体现。船舶代理行业具有很强的专业性与实践性,文章从船舶代理企业核心岗位对职业能力要求出发,借助CBVE先进的教育理念,构建基于CBVE的船舶代理人才"12234"人才培养模式,强化校企合作,实现校企协同育人,探索提升学生核心职业能力培养的有效路径,并对基于CBVE的多元考核评价体系进行了阐述。

Competency based education is the most essential embodiment of vocationAL education. The shipping agency, has a professional and practical, from the core position of the shipping agency enterprises occupation ability requirements, with the help of CBVE advanced education idea, construction personnel agency ＂ship based on CBVE 12234＂ personnel training mode, strengthening school enterprise cooperation, the association with the school education, to explore the effective path to improve the students the core ability of occupation, and the multivariate evaluation system based on CBVE is discussed in this paper.
