高职院校物流管理专业工学结合人才培养模式研究——以《物流仓储与配送管理》课程教学改革为例

《物流仓储与配送管理》课程是国内大部分高职院校物流管理专业的核心课程——必修课。国内也有该课程大量的课程教改领域的研究,并取得了一定的成绩。近几年来,省教育部门加大了对物流实训以及校企合作、工学结合人才培训模式研究和实践的扶持,文章从《物流仓储与配送管理》课程的实际情况出发,提出了如何结合企业需求和学校应用技能型人才培养相结合的模式,提高学生就业质量方面的几点建议。
