手术治疗麻风所致足底溃疡1例

A Case Report of Leprosy-related Plantar Ulcer Treated Successfully with Surgery

患者男,67岁,因患麻风导致足部畸形。近期跑步时患者右足剧烈碰撞后出现红肿疼痛不适2月余,流脓伴发热3周。右足正斜位X线检查示:右足第2和3跖骨化脓性骨髓炎,右足第2和3跖趾关节半脱位。行右足第2和3跖骨骨髓炎清创术,术后溃疡面恢复良好;右足X线检查示:骨髓炎控制,骨质无异常。

A 67-year-old male presented with foot deformity caused by leprosy. His right foot was severely. Hit in an accident during jogging recently. The wound on his right foot developed into a lesion with redness and swell- ing, pain and discomfort for more than 2 months, and later on suppuration accompanied by systemic fever for 3 weeks. Positive and oblique X-ray examination revealed suppurative osteomyelitis in the second and third metatarsal bones of the right foot, and subluxation of the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints of the right foot. Surgical debridement of osteomyelitis in the second and third metatarsal bones was subsequently conducted for the patient. The ulcer healed well after surgery. X-ray showed controlled osteomyelitis and nor- mal sclerotin in the right foot.
