自身红细胞致敏综合征1例

A Case of Autoerythrocyte Sensitization Syndrome

患者女,70岁。颈部、胸部红斑伴疼痛4年。皮肤科情况:颈部及胸前V区见数个约钱币大小红斑、瘀斑,压之不退色,周围可见毛细血管扩张。皮损组织病理示:镜下未见表皮;真皮浅层可见胶原嗜碱性变,血管周围未见明显炎细胞浸润,有较多红细胞外溢。自身红细胞激发试验阳性。临床结合病理及实验室检查诊断为自身红细胞致敏综合征。
