中药熏蒸联合NB-UVB照射治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症46例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 46 Cases of Herbal Fumigation Combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B in Treatment on Senile Pruritus

目的研究中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效及优越性。方法将入选的95例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,对照组(49例)采用中药熏蒸疗法,治疗20min/次,每2d治疗1次。治疗组(46例)采用中药熏蒸配合NB-UVB照射疗法,每2d治疗1次,分别在治疗2周和4周后评定临床疗效。结果治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为82.61%,对照组为67.35%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,治疗组有效率为89.13%,对照组为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药熏蒸联合NB-UVB照射治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症安全有效。

Objective To study the clinical effect and superiority of herbal fumigation combined with Narrow-band ul- traviolet B in treating senile pruritus. Methods Ninety five cases senile pruritus patients were randomly di- vided into two groups randomly. Patients in control group （49 cases） were given herbal fumigation, 20min each time, every two days. Patients in treatment group （46 cases ） were given herbal fumigation combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B every two days. All patients were evaluated at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment. The clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate were 82. 61% in treatment group, and 67.35% in control. There were no significant differences between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate were 89. 13% % in treat- ment group, and 71.43% in control. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control. Conclusion Herbal fumigation combined with nar- row-band ultraviolet B in treatment on pruritus skin is safety and effective.
