广东省佛山市顺德区某街道大肠癌筛查结果分析

Analysis of colorectal cancer screening results in a street of Shunde district of Foshan city in Guangdong province

目的 对广东省佛山市顺德区容桂街道特定年龄组高危人群进行大肠癌筛查.方法自 2013年7月1日至 2016年6月30日,本院对广东省佛山市顺德区容桂街道40-75岁常住居民,采用问卷调查和免疫法粪便潜血试验进行初步筛查,初筛阳性者行结肠镜检查,并对筛查结果进行分析.结果初筛4016人,初筛应答率为50.1%,问卷调查者为3014人（ 75.05%） , F0BT为 1002人（24.95%）,筛查结果阳性人数为 702人,初筛阳性率17.48%.肠镜筛查顺应率为 50.7%（356/702） ,肠 镜病变总检出率为 31.46%（112/356）,结直肠癌检出率为 1.69%（6/356）,其中乙状结肠癌2例（0.56%）,乙状结肠早期癌2例（0.56%）,直肠早期癌2例（0.56%）,结直肠息肉88例（24.72%）,其 中 76 例（21.35%）为1级-3级腺瘤性息肉, 12例（3.37%）为炎性息肉.结直肠炎15例（4.21%）,结直肠黑变病3例（0.84%）. 结论大肠癌筛查可以有效发现结直肠癌及癌前病变.

Objective Screening for Colorectal cancer in high risk population in a street of Shunde district of Foshan city in Guangdong province. Methods From July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2016, We pre-screened 40 year old to 75 years old residents in Ronggui street of Shunde district in Guangdong province by questionnaire combined with fecal occult blood test. The positive cases were referred for further colonoscopy. Then the colonoscopy data has been analyzed. Results 4016 individuals had been screened. The initial screening response rate was 50.1%. 3014（75.05%） individuals accepted questionnaire survey. 1002（24.95%） individuals accepted fecal occult blood test. Positive individuals for the pre-screening were present in a total of 702 （17.48%）. Among them, 50.7% （356/702） completed colonoscopy. A total of 112（31.46%） abnormal lesions were detected. Among those, we found 6 （1.69%） patients of cancer, including 2 cases （0.56%） of sigmoid colon advanced cancer, 2 cases （0.56%） of early sigmoid colon carcinoma, 2 cases （0.56%） of early rectal carcinoma. There were 88 cases （24.72%） of colorectal polyp, which including 76 cases （21.35%） of one to three grade adenoma polyp and 12 cases （3.37%） of inflammatory polyp- The others included 15 cases （4.21%） of enteritis and 3 cases （0.84%） of melanosis. Conclusions The colorectal cancer screening can effectively detect colorectal cancers and pre-cancerous lesions
