民国出版界与图书馆界的互动及影响——以出版人王云五的图书馆事业为中心考察

Interaction between the Publishers and Libraries and Influence in the Republic of China——A Study on Publisher Wang Yunwu's Contribution to Chinese Librarianship

文章以出版人王云五的图书馆事业为中心,对王云五推动图书馆实务及图书馆学理论建设的贡献进行了研究,并对王云五所"发明"的"中外图书统一分类法"、"四角号码检字法"及出版的《万有文库》所引起图书馆界的关注和争论进行分析,最后指出,出版界和图书馆界需要以一种平和、理解、包容的心态来共同探讨双方共赢的途径,而非基于不同立场的相互博弈。

This paper studies Wang Yunwu＇s contribution to Chinese librarianship that is promoted library practice and construction of library science theory, analyzes the attention and debate aroused in libraries that Wang Yunwu invented Uniform Classification of Chinese and Foreign Books,Four---Corner Index System and edited Universal Libraries. Finally, the author points out that the publishers and libraries should discuss the way of win--win cooperation with peaceful, understanding and tolerant attitude, rather than the game each other based on different position.
