摘要
文章探讨了读者在图书馆平等获取图书馆服务的问题,讨论了其中的身份平等和机会平等。对这一问题的理论和实践作了探讨,认为一些国家的图书馆制度的长期实践是读者平等获取图书馆服务的有效保障。
The article discusses some problems about reader equal access to library service including the identity equality and opportunity equality. The theory and practice on this issue are discussed. The author thinks that long-term practice of the library system in some countries is an effective guarantee of reader equal access to the library service.
