贫困问题一直是世界各国主要关注的社会民生问题,从收入贫困到包括健康、教育、医疗、住房等非货币因素的多维贫困,贫困内涵不断深化。目前多维贫困已经成为世界各国研究贫困的主要方面,通过对贫困概念及分类、贫困测量方法以及我国相应的反贫困政策进行系统梳理,总结贫困理论的演变和进展,从而揭示多维贫困理论对于我国政策制定的导向作用,为更好地研究我国的贫困问题提供理论支持。

Poverty has been a major social and livelihood concern around the world. Poverty connotation has changed from a single poverty to multidimensional poverty which included non-monetary factors such as health,education,health,housing. Multidimensional poverty has become a main aspect of stud on poverty. In order to reveal the guiding role of multidimensional poverty theory on China＇s policy-making and provide theoretical support of China＇s poverty problem,this paper summarizes the application of poverty theory and its defects,and summarizes the application of theory of poverty and the existing defects.
